Categories of the Dough Mixer

The vertical dough mixer comes with two paddles and two speeds. Varying speed is conducive to improving flour blending. A high speed of 25RPM is ideal for tough dough, and low speed of 16RPM for soft dough.

If the tough mixing workshop is placed at the same floor with the biscuit production line, the skip bucket elevator can lift mixed or fermented dough to a needed height and drop it into the laminator or feeder. Dough Slicing + Slope Conveying

The dough slicing machine is driven by a pneumatic motor. It comes with a stainless steel trough. When the dough mixer is at the same level with the biscuit machine, the dough slicing machine can be used to slice mixed dough and then convey it to the next process.
